Neil is the Director of the Orthopaedic Research Unit in The University of Cambridge and Honorary Consultant Research. His interests include the reasons for failure of joint replacements and tissue engineering bone from inorganic materials. His Clinical interests include joint replacement of the hip and knee with a particular interest in revision surgery.
