As it is now six weeks since you replaced my hip joint, I am writing to say how successful this has been, even from day one, and I send my sincere thanks for all your help and advice, not forgetting the very friendly way in which it was all done.
As you know, this is the second occasion that you have been such a marvellous help to us, as you replaced XXXX hip nearly three years ago with equal success.
