

Alastair was trained as an orthopaedic and trauma surgeon in Cambridge. During a fellowship year he received advanced training in hip and knee surgery. He has been an orthopaedic consultant since July 2000. During that time he has developed extensive experience in the sub-speciality interest of hip and knee surgery, including joint replacement, arthroscopy, hip resurfacing and revision hip surgery.

He has extensive experience with sports injuries, treating numerous professional footballers and cricketers as well as running a yearly ski clinic. Dennis regularly performs anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) reconstruction of the knee arthroscopically using the central third of the patellar tendon. He also does chondral grafting for chondral defects, knee replacement and revision knee surgery.

Having graduated as an undergraduate at Trinity Hall, Cambridge and moved on to Clinical School at Addenbrooke's, Julian gained speciality training at several of the major orthopaedic centres in the UK including Southampton, Birmingham, Oswestry and London. Julian has also spent a very fruitful year in Canada on a 'Joint Reconstruction and Trauma' clinical fellowship in Toronto.

Vikas obtained his primary medical degree in 1997. He then did his Basic Surgical Training Rotation in London and subsequently received his Higher Surgical Training in Trauma and Orthopaedics on the North Thames circuit (Royal London Hospital Rotation), gaining the FRCS (Orth) in 2005.
